2. How do I actually download the MP3, ringtone or Skypetone?
When you complete your purchase, you will be given 3 links – one to download the MP3, another to complete the information to send the song to your phone as a ringtones and a third to enter your Skype account information.

3. Can I get my music at a later time?
Yes. Once you buy a song on H-Lounge, it’s yours to enjoy.
All the music you purchase will be accessible for future downloads from you’re my Profile Page, under ‘Purchased’.

4. What are the payment options?
Credit card or direct billing to your mobile phone. We will implement PayPal payments in the near future.

5. Why does it cost more to pay for my music purchases through direct billing to my mobile phone?
When we bill your cell phone directly, we give 50% of the revenue to your mobile service carrier and other technology providers. Musicians take their normal share off the remaining revenue. So we have no option other than change $2 for the convenience of having it billed directly to your phone.

6. Are music purchases refundable?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for music purchases. So choose well!
And if you really care about getting the ringtone, make sure to test your phone BEFORE your complete the purchase process.

7. Why do I need to have a H-Lounge account in order to purchase music?
You need to have an account so that you can manage and have permanent access to all the music you ever buy on H-Lounge.

You can also choose to store your credit card information to make future purchases a lot easier.
