why does h-lounge pages say its free

ok what is the point of having a page that says "Making Music?

then you click on the DL button and it isnt free...no where is a free version found on this website

This used to be a "booming" site if you will, and the program, Hyperscore, that which is used to compose music, used to be free, but something strange happened, the creators of the site sort of gave up? I dont know for sure, uploads stopped working, no admins respond, and only the last version of the site exists, still, but all the users kind of left b/c the site sucks now. music that which was uploaded before the "crash" is still here and hyperscore still exists but this once awesome site has turned nil. sorry,
