Today one of our customers purchased a ringtone. The customer informed us that they filled out the form, chose their phone type, made payment and all was really simple. THEN, the customer received a text message that SHOULD of been the ringtone etc, but there was no ringtone, only a message that said "HANDLER NEEDED".
The customer contacted US for resolve but we did not have the answer.
Anyone out there at h-lounge who knows the resolve please drop a reply, much appreciation....
