MP3 vs HS: Ups and Downs

One topic that is on everyones mind(or at least anyone who cares) is that will MP3's overcome and overshadow HS Ringtones? Well, here i am to make an attempt to sort out the prob.
Hyperscore (good things):
Created this site
Gave all cheapskates (such as i) a way to make music for free
Hyperscore (bad things):
Doesn't offer as much as other programs

MP3's (good things):
Sound AWESOME!
Allows others to experience music made on other music programs
MP3's (Bad things):
If too many MP3's come to the site, HS would be pushed aside, and the idea that h-lounge was founded on would be lost and forgotten in a sea of MP3's.
People are able to upload copyrighted music, which is not too good for the people who run the site ( i smell a lawsuit or 2)

Thats it. Post other stuff. Please. This is lame if no one does.
