| collerthanyou22, if the BD could set the lowest limit of the rating, they would also need to put in the highest limit of the rating. Otherwise people could just rate a song 5 for the heck of it, even ... |

If the BD controlled the ratings then you just aswell not have the ratings.
The downraters need to be stopped, but this won't work.
